Purchasing images from LilGoodies.com DOES NOT in any way transfer ownership or copyright to the purchaser. By purchasing digital products from Lilgoodies.com, you, the purchaser, are granted a limited personal license, as such, you agree with the following terms and conditions.

Permitted uses

You may use images purchased as part of your CRAFTS and HANDMADE tangible projects for your own use or to give as gifts. This includes items such as greeting cards, scrapbook pages, crafts, wall decor, party favors, jewelry and other hand crafted items. If you would like to make and sell more than 30 items using JGoode Designs images, you must purchase a commercial license.

• You may use our digital images to make handmade items such as cards, crafts, altered art and other projects you create yourself, by hand.
• You may sell your unique hand made items, in local shops or craft fairs provided that you include the following credit line:

• You may sell your unique hand made items online as long as each item listing includes the above credit line in the description. You may sell up to 30 items per image set that you purchase.
• You may upload images of a completed hand crafted project you create to galleries/blogs/websites provided that the above credit line is placed in the description with each photo.
• Items submitted for publication in print magazines is also permitted as long as said credit line is include in supply list/ description.

Restrictions:

• You may not claim images to be your own nor claim copyright to any image.
• You may not alter nor modify the files/designs in any manner.
• You may not sell digital files individually nor as part of a set.
• You may not sell printed copies of our images by themselves; you must use the images as part of a unique hand made project that you are selling.
• You may not email or otherwise distribute our digital files in any format (ZIP, PNG, JPG, PDF, etc.).
• You may not reproduce our images in other formats such as rubber stamps, clear stamps, stickers, kits, scrapbooking supplies or other merchandise.
• You may not use images for print on demand services such as, but not limited to, Cafepress, Zazzle, Rebubble, etc.
• You may not use images for your own branding such as in logos, trademarks, website designs or similar (e.g. use in your website design, avatar, banner images, etc.).
• Items created with our designs must not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.

Using, incorporating or bundling LilGoodies.com art images into mass produced commercially manufactured/distributed licensed products or software programs of any kind is strictly prohibited.

In no event shall we or our suppliers be liable to you for any consequential, special, incidental, or indirect damages of any kind arising out of the delivery, performance, or use of our images, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In any event, our liability for any claim, whether in contract, tort, or any other theory of liability will not exceed US $1.00. Should any other warranties be found to exist, such warranties shall be limited in duration to ninety (90) days following the date of delivery to you. In no event will our liability for any damages to you or any other person exceed US $1.00.

All licensing agreement information applies only to JGoode Designs images purchased through LilGoodies.com. No other Jen Goode art is available under these terms without written permission from the designer.

We reserve the right to amend our policies and terms at any time. Future amendments are effective upon publication on the website.
